Dispatch and Delivery

Once your order has been placed, we would send you a confirmation email.

We aim to customise and dispatch your order within 3-5 working days depending on the quantity ordered. We could notify you if it would take us longer than 5 working days to dispatch your order before we start any customisation work. If the new date proposed isn't suitable for you, we would be happy for you to cancel your order and we would refund you in full.

Currently, we use standard delivery which usually takes 3-5 working days; however, we are working hard to reduce this lead time. We would let you know once this is possible. In rare circumstances where we are not able to guarantee the time of delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strike actions, pandemic etc., we would notify you either by email or by telephone. Also, we currently don't offer next day delivery, or express service.

For international orders, we are sorry we currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom



Due to Covid 19 social distancing guidelines and keeping our staff safe, we have a limited number of orders that we can despatch daily. We are working to our advertised despatch times, however please note there may be instances of orders or parts of orders subject to delay. We would advise adding in some additional tolerance to your lead times.
