SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

 

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service to third parties such as the police, law enforcement agencies, credit reference and fraud prevention agencies and other bodies in other to protect our or another person’s rights, property, or safety, in connection with the prevention and detection of crime.

 

SECTION 4 – Third Party

 

Our store is hosted by a third party company. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you and are directly involved in the delivery of, and/or management of the service. Your data is stored through their data storage, databases and the general ecommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

Payment:

All payments using either a credit or debit card are processed by PayPal. Your card details are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted except where you’ve explicitly consented to PayPal to store your card details

All payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

If you provide our third party payment provider with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, they follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

 

SECTION 7 – COOKIES, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

 

Cookies are small pieces of data sent from a website and stored on the user's computer by the user's web browser while the user is browsing.   • __RequestVerificationToken: ASP.NET anti forgery token (prevent CSRF attack). It guarantees that the poster is the one who gets the form.

  • MachineKey: Configures algorithms and keys to use for encryption, decryption, and validation of forms-authentication data and view-state data, and for out-of-process session state identification.

  • SERVERID – Identifies which web server the user is using. Used for sticky sessions on load balancer.

  • Email: Customer email, for remembering user's choice "Remember Me" at login screen.
  • RememberMe: Cokie value (true/false) to remember user's selection for "Remember Me".
  • NewRelic - Used to track site performance
  • _gid: Google analytics used to dustinguish users.
  • _ga – Numerous google analytics features.
  • net - Used for advertising (google)
